Brown Sugar ICUMSA 600
Raw Brown Cane Sugar (ICUMSA 600–1200), also known as natural brown sugar, is produced after the first crystallization of sugar cane. Coarser and darker than refined white sugar, it contains higher levels of molasses which give it a golden-brown color and enhanced mineral content. When refined, raw brown sugar yields about 70% white sugar, making it widely used in food and beverage applications.
Product Summary
ICUMSA 600–1200 Brown Cane Sugar is a refined solid crystal with a natural golden-brown appearance, sourced from South American countries. With polarity between 97.8–99.2°C, low ash content (≤0.15%), and moisture ≤0.15%, it is highly soluble (97% dry & free-flowing) and suitable for human consumption in baking, beverages, and other food applications.

Logistics & Delivery
We source Raw Brown Cane Sugar (ICUMSA 600–1200) from trusted producers in South American countries. Produced after the first crystallization of sugar cane, it retains natural molasses that give it a golden-brown color, higher mineral content, and distinctive flavor. Each batch is tested for purity, polarity (97.8–99.2°), moisture, and solubility, ensuring it meets international quality standards before delivery.
